All those bikers are quite proud of their beer bellies and many contests are held all over America to celebrate their beer belly celebrities. Well beer belly contests invites and attracts thousands of visitors, both local and outsiders. Several competitions are held there. One of the most popular competitions amidst such fat beer belly boys is the ‘how much can you drink contest’. In this contest people are invited and given a chance to show their capacity to drink beer. The one who drinks maximum beer is given a prize, obviously, lots and lots of beer. It really is crazy if you have been there. It sometimes seems unbelievable how those men can drink liters and not just pints of beer. Most of us can’t drink that much water in a day. Another favorite contest amongst these fat beer belly men is where they have drink maximum amount of beer in two minutes. I really dislike this one because a lot of people overdo it and then start puking here and there. But then who can stop these beer lovers. They simply go berserk and start pouring beer down their throat from a beer barrel. Another competition and my favorite one is the beer belly wrestling. It’s real fun watching those guys just hitting each other with their bellies. The one who falls first or goes out of the circle is declared the loser. And yeah, I shouldn’t forget to mention that no hands or legs are allowed to be used as a means of defense, only a fat beer belly. And the beer king is announced not based on how much he can drink but based on how shining and how thick the belly is. There are many other parameters too like the roundness, firmness etc. A panel of judges decides and awards the prize. Well, while all this is the lighter side of the story, a fat beer belly is also a sign of ill health, drinking too much alcohol and consuming too much of carbohydrates. While it looks like a funny topic, excessive alcohol, carbohydrates and fats can leave your heart weak, blood thickened and render your body more susceptible to other diseases due to decreasing immunity. It can also lead to several serious problems like heart failure and permanent damage to kidneys. While it is okay to indulge in such activities once in a while, it is advisable that if you want to live long then you should not expose your body to too much of beer.
